Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 14 to 80 years; 2. Meetting the chronic glomerulonephritis diagnose standard; 3. The eGFR is higher than 60 milliliter per minute per 1.73 square meter(The design formulas eGFR(ml/min/1.73?)=141*[Scr(mg/dL)/k]-1.209*(0.993) age*b; k=0.7 (if female) or k=0.9(if male); b=1.018 (if female) or b=1(if male)(Scr conversion1mg/dl=88.4umol/L); 4.No damage and ulcer on Surface of the abdominal skin.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women during pregnancy and lactation; 2. With primary and other secondary kidney disease; 3. With serious primary disease, including heart, brain, liver and hemopoietic system disease; 4. With infectious diseases; 5. With serious mental disease or other reasons unable to coorperate treatment and survey; 6. With poor blood glucose control.
