18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. the duration of CAPD is more than 30 days; 3. good blood pressure (less than 140/90mmHg); 4. residual GFR of 2 mL/min per 1.73 m2 or more; 5. urine output is more than 400ml/d; 6. no history of taking calcium dobesilate for more three months; 7. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. acute renal failure; 2. hemodialysis; 3. acute or chronic infection; peritonitis within 30 days; 4. severe diseases, such as cancer, infection, liver cirrhosis, congestive heart failure, anemia(Hb10mg/L; 5. pregnancy or lactation, refusal of using effective contraceptive measures during the test; 6. A history of alcoholism, drug abuse and HIV-positive; 7. Poor compliance or researchers think patients can not join the trial.
