Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We will include 50 patients with ASA physical status between I to III from November 2014 to Januarary 2015, male or female under 75 years old, BMI 18-28kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Liver or kidney disease; (2) Severe arrythmia, myocardial infarction, and heart failure; (3) Pulmonary infection, asthma; (4) Peripheral vascular disease; (5) Transfer to laparotomy; (6) Miles procedure; (7) Local palliative operation.
