Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Supratentorial cerebral watershed infarction verified by DWI of MRI; 2. Age, 18 to 80 years; 3. Onset of stroke symptoms within 24 hours; 4. NIHSS less than 12; 5. SBP between 120-140mmHg on admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combination of previous stroke except lacunar infarction; 2. Combination of heart failure; 3. NIHSS more than 12; 4. Seizure at the onset of stroke; 5. Administration of heparin or warfarin within the 48 hours preceding the onset of stroke; 6. Platelet count of less than 100,000 per cubic millimeter; 7. Combination of severe cardiac, hepatic or nephritic diseases; 8. Major surgery or severe trauma within the previous 3 months.
