Age
No minimum to 3 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1 to 3 children aged 1-3 yrs undergoing thoracic surgical procedures requiring single lung ventilation with bronchial blocker were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffered from Serious cardiovascular disease, acute inflammation of the airway, laryngeal edema, severe bleeding problem and cervical spine injury were excluded.
