Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1 plus at least one 2-5; at least one or 2 plus 3-5; and at the same time comply with the 6-10.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion of other diseases caused by eye disease (ophthalmology local lesions, intracranial or retrobulbar tumor)
