18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In ICU patients, and with acute kidney injury and/or of severe sepsis and/or of moderate and severe ARDS. Patients to be aged between 18 to 79.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of kidney disease and/or in a hemodialysis treatment; Severe hemodynamic instability; Obvious coagulopathy has to DIC state; Age less 18, or more than 79; Citrate acid can nott be metabolized efficiently because of severe hyoxemia, hepatic renal failure and muscle hypoperfusion; HIV infection; Pregnancy, organ transplantation recipient within 1 year or cachexia; Allergy of cardiopulmonary circulation, anticoagulant or blood purification equipments; Cannot undergo blood purification treatment because of other diseases or having severe complications during treatment; Cannot cooperate effectively during treatment; Involved in other clinical trails; Considered not suitable for the trail by doctors (at least 2 attendings).
