Age
18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Be diagnosed with stage III to IV of NSCLC by cytology or pathology; 2. KPS score equal and more than 60; 3. Aged between 18 to 80 years old; 4. Without radiotherapy, chemotherapy or other treatment in 1 month at least;5. Volunteered for the research and be able to follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac function, renal function, liver function is seriously unnormal.Be diagnosed with Mental disorders; 2. Have been treated by immunotherapy or glucocorticoids in 3 months; 3. Be diagnosed with other diseases of the immune system; 4. Have been treated by radiotherapy, chemotherapy or other treatments in a month; 5. The women during pregnancy or lactation.
