Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-65 were eligible for helicobacter pylori-positive (diagnosed by gastroendoscopy or 13 C urea breath test) and signed for informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A past history of treatment with antibiotics, H2 receptor blockers, or proton pump inhibitors within one month of study enrollment; (2) Pregnant or lactation women; (3) Taking non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or alcohol; or existing serious illness such as severe liver, heart, kidney disease and cancer that would influence the evaluation of the study; (4) Allergic to the drug used in this research; (5) Gastrectomy; (6) Joined other drug research within 3 months; (7) Other factors that would influnce compliance and could not finish the clinical follow - up.
