Age
18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.By pathological or cytological examination confirmed the diagnosis of patients with stage III or IV non-small cell lung cancer; 2.Between the ages of 18 to 75 years of age (18, 75); 3.Expected lifetime more than six months; 4.The Karnofsky score equal and more than 60 points; 5.Within a month without radiation and chemotherapy; 6.Voluntary to participate in this study, to follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other diseases, such as cardiac function, renal insufficiency, respiratory dysfunction and other major diseases; 2.Patients had received a immunotherapy or used glucocorticoid nearly three months; 3.Patients with other immune diseases; 4.Women during pregnancy or lactation;5.Patients with other factors such as decline in cognitive functions can't normal communication; 6. Patients can't accept chemotherapy; 7.Don't want to cooperate with the researcher; 8.Have allergy history or not according to stipulations incomplete in information; 9.Patients do not meet the inclusion criteria.
