Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. according to Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease founded organization (GOLD) The diagnostic criteria for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (age older than 40 years old and younger than 85 years old), that is, after the use of inhaled bronchodilators, pulmonary function test results of the first second forced expiratory volume (FEV1.0) / forced vital capacity (FVC) less than 70%; 2. is not currently accepting any chest rehabilitation exercise program; 3. patients by physician assessment of disease is currently in a stable condition; 4. by the researchers explained the purpose of this study, the researchers agreed to participate in this. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. in the past three months had an acute infection or are in a state of acute attacks; 2. associated with neuromuscular function disorders such as hemiplegia or no independent walking function; 3. with severe heart disease, such as acute myocardial infarction (acute myocardiac infarction), serious arrhythmia (arrhythmia) or heart failure (heart failure), etc.; 4. was diagnosed with severe mental disorders, such as dementia (dementia) or can not meet those.
