Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet all of the following five standards can be included: 1. satisfy the diagnosis criteria of cervical vertigo; 2. age range from thirty-five to fifty-five; 3. The incidence duration: from the date of onset of the person within 5 years; 4. if treated by conservative therapy, eligible patients can be enrolled through a washout period about 5 days or more; 5. sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet one of the following eleven standards will be excluded: 1. vertigo due to eye or ear diseases, for instance, internal auditory artery embolism and Meniere syndrome; 2. blood diseases with bleeding tendency; 3. suspected or confirmed tumor in cervical spine, spinal canal, or brain; 4. unclear diagnosed spine injury in combination with spinal cord injury symptoms; 5. developmental spinal canal stenosis (spinal canal ratio=vertebral canal sagittal diameter/pavolov ratio greater than 0.75); 6. severe heart, pulmonary, or cerebrovascular disorders; 7. serious skin damage or skin diseases in the manipulative position; 8. cervical myelopathy,osteoarticular tuberculosis, osteomyelitis, senile osteoporosis and so on; 9. obvious radiculopathy signs; 10. mental illness and dementia; 11. unwilling to participate the study.
