Interventions

A:EXinglou Chengqi Decoction (Fructus trichosanthis 30g, arisaema cum bile 6g, raw rhubarb 10g, mirabilite 10g, Notopterygium incisum 6g) decoction, one dose a day, every time 100ml, 2 times a day. Co
B:Dupbalac lactulose oral solution/ enema glycerini. Dupbalac lactulose oral solution, 1 day per 15ml, oral
enema glycerini, 1 day per 40ml. combine with Conventional therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients meet all of the following nine clinical standards can be included in the object: 1. Diagnosed as acute cerebral infarction in Modern medicine diagnostic criteria; 2. Diagnosed as the type of phlegm heat and bowel excess of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine standards; based the relevant scale score more than 6; 3. The incidence duration: from the date of onset of the person within 14 days; 4. by the United States National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, neurological deficit score was more than at least 5 points; 5. Male and female aged 18 to 80 years old; 6. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 7. did not participate in other clinical investigators; 8. has the ability to run through the whole Research with full compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With any one of the following nine persons, cannot be included in the scope of the clinical study: 1. lacunar infarction, transient ischemic attack (TIA); 2. Stroke caused by brain tumor, traumatic brain injury and blood diseases with the inspection confirmed; 3. Cerebral embolism caused by rheumatic heart disease, coronary heart disease and other heart disease with atrial fibrillation; 4. Acute myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction and heart failure occurs when the incidence of stroke; 5. Younger than 18 years old and more than 80 years of age; 6. associated with severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and immunodeficiency diseases, also with cancer, mental illness, without knowing capability, significantly abnormal liver function (liver index 1.5 times higher than normal); 7. At pregnant and breastfeeding stage, allergic; 8. Use medicines that have been known to damage to major organs in the last four weeks; 9. participated in other clinical trials at nearly three months.
