The fluid management of radical resecion of gastrointestinal tumor in laparoscope operation

Interventions

R1:The influsion rate is 5ml/kg.h after fluid volume of 7ml/kg in the first hour. Influsion fluid is Ringer's
R2:6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 influsion first and the totle amount of 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 less than 20ml/Kg. Another fluid is Ringer's. The influsion rate is the same with group R1.
L1:The influsion rate is 10ml/kg.h after preload fluid of 20ml/Kg and fluid is Ringer's.
L2:6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 influsion first and the totle amount of 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 less than 20ml/Kg. Another fluid is Ringer's. The influsion rate is the same with group L1.

28 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I~II, age younger than 70yr, BMI less than 30, patients undergoing elective gastrointestinal laparoscope operation without hypertention, diabetes with normal liver and kindey fuction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Amount of bleeding over 300ml, blood transfusion, patients allergic to hydroxyethyl starch, operation time less than 1 hour.
