Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: more than 18 years old, independent mouthwash consciouslly, intend to do cardiac operation with oral intubation, patients or their families have willing to participate in this study, patients with clinical pathway

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pulmonary infection before intubation, history of cadiac operation and intubation, patients with sever complications in main organs such as brain, liver, kidney ect.
