Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Parents (or Guardian) of children signed the informed consent voluntarily and will to accept corresponding intervention and to receive follow-up on time; (2)Age of all patients was between 1 month and 6 years old; (3)Diagnosis is pneumonia, and duration of symptoms was less than five days. No diarrhea when admitted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Severe pneumonia; (2)With moderate or severe malnutrition; (3)Patients with congenital abnormity of main organs (e.g. GI abnormity, congenital heart diseases etc); (4)With failure of heart, liver, and kidney, diabetes mellitus or immunodeficiency disease; (5)Patients with transfusion by CVC or PICC; (6)Allergy to Saccharomyces boulardii; (7)Patients who are in other clinical trials within six months; (8)Other conditions that researchers think the patient was not suitable for the trial.
