18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor patients with cancer pain, and without experience of opium medication; 2. NRS evaluation reaching 4-10; 3. 18 years old and upward; 4. No obvious abnormality in key organs;(Reference to the chemo treatment standard); 5. Informed consent from the patient and his/her family; 6. The patient is clearly conscious, not disabled from language, no mental retardation, able to understand, speak and write.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With other serious diseases; 2. With experience of opium medicines abuse, or mental disorder; 3. In pregnancy or nursing; 4. Sensitive to opium medicines; Oral tablet can not be administred; 5. Using other medicines specifically for pain killing reason or under other pain killing treatment.
