1:phacoemulsification with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation
2:the patients undergoing phacoemulsification with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation received ophthalmic bromfenac sodium 0.1% twice per day for 1 month
3:femtosecond laser assisted phacoemulsification with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age-related cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who were suffering from any ocular diseases that might affect treatment responses or evaluations, such as corneal disease, glaucoma, uveitis, retinal detachment, optic neuropathy or amblyopia; 2. patients who were suffering with any systemic diseases that might affect treatment responses or evaluations, such as diabetes mellitus; 3. patients who were suffering from nystagmus and the pupil size which is fixed with less than 6mm; 4. patients who had received systemic or topical anti-inflammatory therapy within 1 month prior to surgery; 5. patients who had sevese dysfunction of heart, liver and kidney; 6. potentially pregnant women.
