Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the international classification of sleep disturbances in the diagnostic criteria for insomnia; 2. TCM syndrome differentiation typing belong to syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency; 3. Patients with long-term use of western medicine but ineffective; 4. Age between 18 to 65.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients whih severe heart, liver and kidney damage, blood, respiratory disease and severe mental illness; 2. People who have liver disease, infectious diseases such as AIDS and severe injury has not recovered; 3. Severe digestive system diseases and severe malnutrition; 4. Women during pregnancy or lactation; 5. Aged under 18 or older than 65 years; 6. Not suitable for sticking the healer.
