Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male or female, older than 18 years; 2. fever when screening, T higher than 38.0 degree; 3. at least one of the respiratory symptoms, for example, cough, throat, running nose/rhinobyon, with any degree (mild, moderate or severe); 4. breath shortness or dyspnea; 5. requiring hospitalization; 6. rapid antigen test of influenza A was positive; 7. the patients agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. alleged to oseltamivir or other neuraminidase inhibitors; 2. pregnancy (urine pregnancy test is positive), planned pregnancy and breast-feeding period woman; 3. ECG showed QT prolongation when screening; 4. The expected survival time was not exceeding 48 hours from the screening start; 5. The patients had tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation when screening.
