Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. with the risk of malnutrition; 2. can not eat and drink properly; 3. Willing to comply with the study procedures, signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. contraindication for EN; 2. previous upper gastrointestinal surgery; 3. signs of active gastric bleeding; 4. severe nasopharyngeal injuries or stenosis; 5. known upper gastrointestinal varicosis; 6. low age (younger than 18 years old); 7. Have a mental disorder or disease, conscious behavior ability partially or completely restricted, no independent decision ability; 8. Participated in other clinical trials, or had in other clinical trial within 60 days; 9. Refused to sign the informed consent; 10. Researchers think that do not fit the case.
