S:received 0.75% of bupivacaine 1 ml + sufentanil 5 ug + cerebrospinal fluid diluted to 2ml, subarachnoid injection
F:received 0.75% of bupivacaine 1ml + fentanyl 20ug +cerebrospinal fluid diluted to 2ml, subarachnoid injection

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We chose 60 ASA I-II full-term parturients who would undergo elective caesarean sections. They were 22 to 35 years old, weighed 52 to 82 kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindications to intraspinal anaesthesia, gestational hypertension or pregnancy complications were excluded.
