40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke patients Confirmed by CT or MRI (Duration of disease longer than 1month, shorter than 12months); 2. First clinically evident stroke, Unilateral cortical or subcortical lesions damage; 3. hand extension against gravity at wrist = 20 degree; metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joints of each of the fingers = 10 degree; Brunnstrom stage 3 or above; right handed; 4. Ashworth scores no more than 2; 5. No serious cognitive dysfunction, MMSE scores conform to normal population; 6. Accordance with the requirements and tolerance of the ERP experiment; 7. Voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with the condition of congestive heart-failure; deep venous thrombosis; Malignant progressive high blood pressure;Respiratory function failure;active liver disease, liver and kidney disfunction; 2. The patient has received the intervention provided by this experiment for over a week; 3. Upper limb fracture patients; 4. a history of mental illness or taking antipsychotic drugs; 5. severe hemispatial neglect; 6. Cannot perform palmar opposition movement with at least two fingers.
