Esophagus cancer/lung cancer

Interventions

TD1 group:0.5% ropivacaine 16ml with DEX 1ug/kg

TD2 group:0.5% ropivacaine 16ml with DEX 1.5ug/kg in Esophagus cancer/lung cancer surgery

TD3 group:0.5% ropivacaine 16ml with DEX 1.5ug/kg in the Total knee/hip replacement surgery

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60; 2. ASA I-II; 3. BMI 18.5~35 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. FEV1 less than 60%; 2. Patients with SAS; 3. Coagulopathy; 4. Infection at the site of block placement; 5. Hypertension; 6. Liver and kidney dysfunction.
