18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who want to perform endoscopic surgery (women or men); 2. Age from 18y to 70y; 3. Patient who was diagnosed as thyroid carcinoma by FNA before surgery; 4. The largest diameter of mass not more than 4cm; 5. Agree to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant; mental disease; failure of heart, lung, brain, renal, coagulation system; 2. History of radiotherapy in neck; 3. The diameter of mass more than 4cm; 4. Concomitant with Grave's disease; 5. Enlarged level VI lymph node was found by ultrasound, CT or puncture biopsy.
