Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Population ages 45-65 years old;BMI 18.5-30Kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anyone who have had gastrointestinal operation before; Acute gastroenteritis, acute peptic ulcer;Abnormal blood test; new ulcers greater than 0.5cm, intestinal stenosis, severe enteritis, polyps greater than 1cm; Any history of gastrointestinal or other tumors; oral or intravenous antibiotics in the last 6 weeks; Patients receiving insulin and steroid medications;HIV-infected patients.
