50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 50-70years, BMI 20-28kg/m2, no fever and infection in the last month, to give up smoking at least 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient refused to sign a consent form, history of lung infection or fever in the last month, high blood pressure, Coronary heart disease, Liver and kidney dysfunction.
