16 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-70 year old; 2. Conform to "the xi'an 2004" adhesive otitis media diagnostic criteria; 3. Air conduction hearing between 25 db - 70 db; 4. no active lesions of nasal and nasopharyngeal; 5. ASA was P1 or P2; 6. normal cardiac function; 7. Patients volunteered for this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nosal or nasopharyngeal surgery within half a year; 2. The women of childbearing age, HCG positive; 3. breast feeding women; 4. malignant tumor patient; 5. diabetes; 6. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction(glutamic-pyruvic transaminase more than 100ug/L).
