18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age between 18-75 years;2. with upper urinary trace calculi and need surgery;3. patients signed informed consent;4. good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. lonely kidney or renal transplantation or sponge kidney or cystic kidney stones or infection stones; 2. surgical Contraindications: severe cardiopulmonary disease, blood clotting disorders; 3. senile dementia, brain atrophy, cerebrovascular disease sequelae of acute phase or cognitive disabilities; 4. local or systemic bacterial infection can not effectively controlled in the acute phase; 5. with shock and critically ill patients, can not cope with the operation and evaluation of the effects; 6. mental and neurological disorders can not be partners with doctors; 7. the researchers think that other circumstances should not participate in the study.
