Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gynaecological laparotomy surgery patients in West China Second University Hospital of Sichuan University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. fail to drink the fennel tea; 2. ileus before operation; 3. age yanger than 20yrs or older than 70yrs; 4. accept other treatment that may promote bowel recovery; 5. bowel injury in operation; 6. abnormal liver and kidney function before operation; 7. patients with another severe diseases.
