liraglutide group:Once a day liraglutide hypodermic injection

Control:Oral metformin for three months

13 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.thirteen to fifty years' teenagers: BMI larger than 28kg/m2; 2. with insulin resistance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with severe liver, kidney and heart disease; 2. Secondary obesity: the hypothalamus feeding center lesions, endocrine disorders, metabolic disorder and so on.
