Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 18 years old; 2. Person who could be the couple, son or daughter or other relation-in-low, mainly takes the task of care of the patient; 3. This person should has a basic capacity of communication and reading ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Paid caregiver or temporary caregiver; 2. suffered stressful events in the past 1 months; 3. caregivers with severe health problem; 4. not willing to participant in the study.
