18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: daignosied with colon cancer by histopathologic biopsy; Primary colon cancer; radical colon operation; Aged from 18-70; ASA between I-III; Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated with diabetes mellitus; Fever or infection; Bowel obstruction or intestinal perforation; Colonoscopy in 7 days before surgery; laparoscopic surgery.
