41 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inoperable perihilar or peripheral cholangiocarcinoma: Bismuth-Corlette IV lesions, advanced type III lesions containing T3 tumors, or other types II-III tumors with lymphatic or liver metastasis; and age older than 80 years or other serious complications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, and cholangiocarcinoma which can receive surgery (including Bismuth Corlette - I, II and III cholangiocarcinoma T1-2 and without obvious lymph node and liver metastasis), patients who cannot tolerate ERCP with severe complications.
