Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status I or II; 2. Patients aged 18-75 years; 3. Patients scheduled to undergo a selective abdominal operation; 4. Patients signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of uncontrolled hypertension,angina,central nervous system diseases,coagulation disorders,or a history of Endocrine and Metabolic Diseases; exposure to antioxidant; 2. ASA physical status III or IV; 3. fructose or glucose infusion during operation; 4. participation in other clinical trials of patients.
