18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 18 to 65 years old; 2. clinical diagnosed primary hepatocellular carcinoma; 3. open liver resection for surgery; 4. ChildePugh Class A liverfunctional status; 5. organ with enough function; 6. voluntary surgical treatment, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. age younger than 18 and older than 65 years old; 2. Patients with other primary malignant tumors; 3. patients with benign lesions or metastatic tumors in liver; 4. upper abdominal surgery; 5. resection with other organ; 6. patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA) 4-5; 7. serious mental illness; 8. have unstable angina or myocardial infarction within six months; 9. sustained systemic glucocorticoid treatment history within 1 month; 10. Patients who are unable or unwilling to sign the informed consent.
