2:vancomycin 1 gram q8h + meropenem 2 gram q8h
Routine + local injection:vancomycin 1 gram q8h and 10 mg local injection + meropenem 2 gram q8h
Reducing dose + local injection:vancomycin 1 gram q12h and 10 mg local injection + meropenem 2 gram q8h

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. after craniotomy neurosurgery, diagnosis of intracranial infection; 2. ages 18 to 65 years; 3. have lien ventricle drainage tube.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a history of vancomycin and/or meropenemfor allergies; 2. serious heart, lungs, liver, kidney and other organs disfunction; 3. maternal in the perinatal period.
