Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic standard of anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis: Any age, especially less than 50 years old; clinical manifestations including rapid mental and behavioral abnormality, memory disorder, language disorder, epilepsy, involuntary movements, disturbance of consciousness, autonomic nerve dysfunction and central hypoventilation; anti-NMDA receptor antibody of cerebrospinal fluid positive accompany with or without anti-NMDA receptor antibody of serum positive; exclude other diagnoses, such as viral encephalitis, brain tumors, metabolic disorders, drug poisoning and so on; 2. Within 1 month after onset; 3. Diagnosis for the first time and with the initial treatment; 4. Sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe basic diseases, such as heart failure, arrhythmia, blood coagulation dysfunction; 2. With past history of immunoglobin allergy.
