Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults who have open abdominal surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18; body mass index (BMI) more than 40 kg/m2; weight less than 50kg; coagulopathy; a history of relevant drug allergy; chronic hepatic or renal insufficiency; precnancy or breastfeeding; a history of alcohol or analgesics dependence; chronic pain.
