18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients aged older than 18 years; 2. Symptoms of OAB (including urgency, urinary frequency, nocturnal enuresis, with or without urge incontinence); 3. Within the last week, overactive bladder symptom score (OABSS) more than 3 points and the urgency score more than 2 points; 4. Capable of understanding research questions; 5. Written informed consent has been obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Current urinary infection; 2.Associated with neurological disease such as Parkinson's, spinal cord injury and so on; 3.Pelvic organ prolapse or pelvic surgery; 4.Prostate cancer and bladder cancer; 5 End-stage renal disease(ESRD); 6.Pregnancy; 7.Had received similar behavioral intervention in the past year.
