BIS Monitor group:Maintain anesthetic depth according to Bis value: 40 to 60
control group:Adjust anesthetic medicine according to anesthesiologist's experience

65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Written informed consent provided by legal guardians or patients; Age older than 65years; ASA I~IV; Scheduled for surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of neurologic, psychiatric disease; 2. Patients with a history of cerebrovascular disease; 3. Alcohol and opioid abuse; 4. Undergoing administration of psychiatry drugs; 5. Can not perform the BIS monitor because of surgical requirement or need "wake up" during surgery; 6. Anesthetic time <120 min.; 7. Have the researchers concern unfit for the study; 8. Participate in other study within 3 months before the screen.
