1:local 10mg/Kg MgSO4 and 2% lidocaine 5ml

2:local 0.15% ropivacaine 5ml

3:local 10mg/Kg MgSO4 and 0.15% ropivacaine 5ml

Inclusion criteria: pediatric adenotonsillectomy patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Premature; deaf and blind children; hypertention; cerebral dysorder; psychological dysfunction; allergic to magnesium and local anesthetics, age younger than 3 and older than 12 years, hepatic and renal dysfunction
