Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Disorders of the liver, gall bladder, stomach, and the intestines; elective laparotomy patients; aged from 18 to 60 years; ASA grading of level I or II, normal body temperature three days before the surgery; the operation conducted in the intravenous and inhalation anesthesia condition. Keep horizontal position during the operation, and without transanal operation during the surgery, patients are able to tolerate the operation of the detector inserting into the nasopharynx and anus, and the operation time is within 5 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients have basic metabolic diseases, coagulation disorders or immunologic dysfunction, with infection or abnormal body temperature three days before operation. Induction of low temperature during the operation, going into shock, suspend the operation because of a frozen section obtained, the change of surgical options because of the inconformity the intraoperative diagnosis and preoperative diagnosis, the cases of stopping the heat preservation measures or stopping strengthening the heat preservation measures because hyperthermia or hypothermia.
