45 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 45-59 years; 2) insulin resistance, HOM-IR more than 1; 3) agree not to smoke and drink during the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) High serum magnesium, hypercalcemia, cancer, coronary heart disease; patients with active peptic ulcer; patients need to take drugs; 2) patients with active liver disease or cirrhosis, or liver dysfunction, whose serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) are 1.5 times higher than the normal range; 3) being allergic to the test nutrient, or being high sensitivity constitution; 4) alcoholics or drug addicts; 5) patients who had participated in other clinical trials three months prior to the screening for participants of this project.
