18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-75 years; height 155-180 cm; Thoracoscopic lobectomy due to lung cancer; To be able to understand verbal and written mandarin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intolerable to one-lung ventilation; 2. a long history of opioid analgesic use or NSAIDS, tranquilliser use, psychiatric disorders; 3. bradycardia with cardiac conduction or rhythm abnormalities; 4. History of rib fracture, trauma or lung surgery at the same side of operation; 5. Open thoracotomy conversion; 6. Reoperation due to postoperative bleeding or others.
