18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary periodontal disease with secondary endodontic involvement or true combined diseases,still with therapeutic value; 2. distribution equilibrium in age and gender; 3. no severe systemic disease; 4. without pregnancy in women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary endodontic disease with secondary periodontal involvement; 2. distribution imbalance in age and gender; 3. severe systemic disease; 4. pregnancy in women.
