18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The cause of portal hypertension was cirrhosis; 2. Platelet count < 50×10^9/ml; 3. Esophageal and gastric varices revealed; 4. agreeing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Thrombosis present in portal vein preoperatively; 2. Accompany with liver cancer; 3. Operation procedure is laparoscopy converse to open; 4. Patients disagree with the study.
