Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,with left atrial less than 4.5cm, younger than 75 years old, without heart disease, without ACEI/ARB history

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with infection/tumor/connective tissue diseases, with glucocorticoid, with severe liver injury, refuse to take Perindopril
