18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males or females aged between 18-65 years; serum total cholesterol=5.18mmol/L, and triglyceride=2.25mmol/L; normal blood pressure or blood pressure well-controlled; signed the informed consent form and volunteered to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons aged below 18 years or over 65 years; pregnant or lactating women; allergic constitution or lactose intolerance; combined severe heart, liver, renal and hematopoietic system illnesses; psychopath; taking cholesterol-lowing agent during the past 2 weeks which would affect the determination of study results; not following the rules to consume test foods or with incomplete profile which would affect judging the efficacy of test foods.
