18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized gravidas meeting all the 5 criteria together as followings: (1) pregnancy at term, single birth, primiparity, and cephalic presentation; (2) a cephalopevic scoring 6~7 scores; (3) prefer vaginal delivery; (4) agree to receive oral Bao Chan Wu You Fang; (5) volunteer to participate in this trial and gave written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any of the followings: (1) unfit for vaginal delivery for indication of cesarean section; (2) with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, or hematopoietic disorders, or other serious diseases; (3) with preeclampsia need magnesium sulfate treatment or sedatives; (4) fetal hydrops hinted by ultrasound; (5) with mental illness; (6) poor compliance considered by investigators.
